If you receive a Damaged or Defective Product If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. It is important for you and for us to get the situation solved quickly.
To Return a Product NOT Damaged or Defective If for some reason you must return a product that is not damaged or defective, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. You need instructions on how to return it. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT MAKING PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH US.
Many of our products are shipped directly from our wholesalers to our customers. As a result, guidelines for returns vary. Some wholesalers have generous timelines whereas others have to be notified almost immediately. It is very important that you contact us immediately if you find that you need to return a product.
To arrange a return, please send an email to: returns@PedalCarsAndRetro.com or phone us at 1-877-703-2613 within 3 days of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization number (RA#).
We have one of the most generous Return Policies Online. When you return your merchandise to our wholesaler, we are charged a re-stocking fee. Instead of deducting this fee from your refund we will pay the fee for you. Once we have sent you your RA# and specific Return Instructions for your product, you may ship it to the designated address. You must ship it with a tracking number and with a signature required. When it has been received and inspected, we will refund you 100% of the price of the product you purchased less the initial cost of shipping it to you. You will be responsible to pay the shipping back to our wholesaler or to us whichever applies for the product you are returning.
The only things we require are...
- Your product must be completely new, unused and in the same condition as when shipped.
- Your product MUST NOT have been assembled.
- Your product must be packed in the original box using all the original packing materials. Instructions and manuals must be enclosed. You will not be credited the full value of your product, if it is not packed properly and is damaged as a result or if parts or instructions are missing.
Send your Tracking Number to us! If you plan to return a product, you must ship it back with a tracking number and with a signature required. The safest shipping method is UPS or FedEx. Do not ship it USPS with a delivery confirmation number. This will be no help if the shipment is lost or damaged. Please send the tracking number to us so we can make sure your product has arrived and a credit has been issued by the wholesaler. This speeds up the process and is an added precaution and safety measure for you.
